As you guys can imagine, I spend a lot of time on the internet while working as a lab monitor. And when I'm not abusing the privelage of free laser prints (which I do, I assure you) I wander across the digital wasteland looking for interesting art/tutorials/porn.
Ugh, I can't seem to say anything without some boring introduction.
I found this really, really interesting 'art tutorial' written by Sam Liu on... uh... 'art', I guess.

It actually enlightened me a whole lot of things that managed to evade me for waaay too long. Interesting stuff, definitely a recommended read. I learned a lot about light and shadow especially.

"Self-esteem is overrated anyway. Most of the work in this country is done by people who hate themselves."
Something is up now, though I'm not too fond of it. I intend to put pretty much everything I do that's worth a damn onto here, because I'm sure I'll lose or crinkle it in some way. At least then it will be forever remembered flatly in the digital realm.
Though I could never seek to surpass your unbridled manliness, Mike.
Nighty night, see you in class in four hours.
